Austin Ballroom Dancers is a volunteer run organization. We need your help to keep ABD running. Here are some opportunities to offer your help:

  1. Check dancers into our social dances during the first hour.
    Not only will this help us run our social dances, but they’re a great way to get to know everyone.

  2. Assist in closing out the dances during the last 30 minutes.
    This helps us reduce our rental costs by clearing out quickly at the end of our night.

  3. Welcome new attendees to our social dance by asking them to dance and provide introductions.
    This helps make our club more friendly and welcoming to new members and guests.

  4. Organize a social outing before or after our social dances or lessons. Board members can help promote it to our membership.
    This helps us build community by getting to know each other.

  5. Run for a board position or volunteer for the election committee.
    This helps us develop and expand our leadership needed to run the club.
